A day in the life as a Heighten Account Manager…
Our Account Manager is a dynamic and engaging job that requires a unique blend of communication skills, data analysis, and strategic thinking. You are proactive and entrepreneurial with a passion for our mission: Helping businesses navigate the ever-changing cybersecurity landscape by providing the highest level of security.
In this role, you'll be heavily involved in building and nurturing client relationships, constantly adapting to meet their needs, and staying informed about industry developments. It's a challenging but rewarding position for those who thrive on managing and growing client accounts.
As an Account Manager at Heighten, you will work to support our go-to-market strategy that ensures best practices in lead generation, expanding our digital presence, and uncovering unique ways to connect with customers.
We operate in a flexible, fast-paced environment and require someone with initiative who can jump right in, taking ownership of the success of each project. You will be working with great people across our organization to deliver work you can be proud of and results that will make a difference.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their cybersecurity concerns and objectives.

Cybersecurity Consultation: You are required to understand our partner technologies to provide guidance to clients on the right solutions, best practices, and strategies.

Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts and work with new clients to maximize our footprint.

Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric mindset is vital to understanding and addressing the needs and preferences of the target audience effectively.

Technical Liason: Serve as a bridge between clients and our technical, and customer care teams, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution
