On an ongoing basis, our CORE Team develops and delivers wide-ranging Cybersecurity services and control implementations for customers who own some of Canada’s largest and most complex networks.

We operate with a dynamic and flexible approach and require someone with initiative and proven experience who has strong cybersecurity fundamentals as an analyst and/or solution engineer, and who brings something unique to our team to make us stronger as a whole. You will be working with great people across our organization to deliver work you can be proud of and results that will make a difference.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Analyze security and system-related events, assessing risk and impact and report findings

  • Understand and analyze logging data, forensics, packet captures, error reporting and information from various product GUIs

  • Utilize technology-based tools and methodologies for incident analysis and remediation

  • Support other activities and internal projects and processes

  • Create and update customer profiles, use cases and procedure guidelines

  • Document incidents based on alarms and information found during proactive security investigations/monitoring

  • Validate incidents reported

  • Create end of shifts reports

  • Identify activities and conduct investigations

  • Incident, process and procedure documentation and other activities with a strong emphasis on written communication skills

  • Closely adhere to the many overlapping and ever-changing procedures and protocols that come hand-in-hand with providing managed services for a variety of clients and the particularities of their environments
